Gelukkig kun je met eenvoudige ontspanningstechnieken, zowel thuis als op je werkplek, meer balans ervaren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ontspanning thuis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ademhalingsoefening (2 minuten):<\/strong> Ga rustig zitten, sluit je ogen en adem 4 tellen in, houd 4 tellen vast en adem in 6 tellen uit.
